• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In their original packaging with tags attached
    • Free from stains, damage, or scent (like perfumes or deodorants)

NOTE: Items bought during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request an exchange:

  2. We will confirm availability and guide you on the next steps.
  3. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

  • Approved returns will receive store credit via email, valid for future purchases.
  • Store credit is issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return address.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.
  4. Once received and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your store credit or exchange status.
